Yup,she's a "keeper". Take good care of that woman, melville !

I know vanzen doesn't need to be told what I'm about to say, but I still want to say it. A guy whose wife buys him a project bike does not need to be told to take good care of her. Evidence says he is doing just that, and doing a fine job of it.vanzen wrote:

Excellent... I've got my '54 body over in my storage shed with a couple of Mercs that I need to get rid of. Can't see the '54 going that way though. It belongs on the IRS pan in the front yard that my son has taken over. 4 wheel disks, strong box, Subaru turbo donk and a '71 body on it now.
I'm doing the R90S up first.

My SO has not bought any project bikes – she well knows I have enough of those !
But she is one to buy TOOLS to facilitate those projects !
The latest was a 3-in-1 mill, drill, lathe.
All I can say about that is:
The chips are flying !
I will also add that she has volunteered to help pull the VW engine for tin installation.
Yes, I would hope that my advice to melville was entirely superfluous.

Indeed, she's a keeper, as is your tool-buying SO!vanzen@rockerboxer.com wrote:Chuey wrote:

Call me Mel. Some years ago- never mind how long precisely- having little or no money in my purse, and nothing particular to interest me at home, I thought I would ride about a little and see the other parts of the world.
