I just finished watching Addams Family Reunion (1998), and it had Ray Walston's character riding a airhead sidecar rig.
And while it is not listed on this site, I thought you all might enjoy seeing this list again. Obviously most of the movies in the list are NOT U.S. made... (it has a nice search engine)
I notice the mention a R50/2 in "Day of the Jackal", but there was also a country police bike with white wall tires, and also the parade scene with many /2.

Sadly and most realistically, the airhead charter member-protagonist proves he is not fit to be a committed social animal and lacks the appropriate tools.
I always brake in corners and think how I am going to get home if I really mess up. When I get home, I wished that I hadn't used my brakes and should have ridden a bit further.
