Not all of them. I'm pretty sure that I've seen the coastline one elsewhere and captioned as Oregon, and most of the ones with yellow centre-stripes are probably USA (the one with the tree-canopy is not).

The one with the autumn colours and long hill ahead is probably Europe, as the posts bounding the road appear to be the type I remember from Germany 21-22 years ago.

The shot of the bridge is a matter of perspective; I'll bet it doesn't look nearly as weird when viewed at a different angle. Reminds me of the trips my family made down to the Gulf Coast when I was in High School...there was a long elevated causeway over water somewhere around the Alabama/Florida line, and in the middle was a tall bridge that looked like an impossibly-steep hump when viewed from the approach or departure, but once you go on the thing it became obvious that it really was a very gentle hump, just rather long and high.

In my post, I am referring to only one picture - the one I reposted...

That wasn't the pain-pills talking; it was just my usual ineptitude.

I see now what you mean. I mis-read it earlier.

Nut yeah, I do think that you're correct that that's South America...seems like I've seen that elsewhere on the interwebz too...
