First things first. ;)
The rocker cover is mounted incorrectly. As a quick visual check, the lines on the cover should run parallel to the headers. Yes, it's a common thing and we do like to point these little things out!
So, it only seems right that the bike be given a name in honour of a pillion.

That looks like it'll clean up nicely. Congrats.
I notice the front brace. Nice thing if setup correctly. Bad thing if not.
The front guard looks back to front.
Presumably they pulled a trailer.
Are the rear shocks oem?
Check out the recent thread on batteries.
If you find a right sidecover, there are ways to prevent it falling off, which isn't uncommon.

Hopefully the front master cylinder hasn't leaked all over the frame.

The waterbottle looks great too.

Holysmoke, I wish to thank someone for giving me money. That backrest is mine and I hope that it is still in good condition.

Hey, thanks for all the great comments
I see what you mean by the rocker cover.
Beatrice would be a good name!
Herb Salidan was the owner and probably purchaser of the seat.
Herb did pull a trailer
Very likely orig shocks
I didn't notice any brake fluid leak
The water buffalo / bottle (lol) I'm pretty familiar with, having rebuilt her 3 times before getting to the root of a tricky problem.
I hope to have the bike here in a couple of months. Till then I'll be reading up on the bike
Thanks
Ron

"Everything is just a little different in Australia!"

It would have to be different with gravity trying to pull people off the island.
