For a multi million dollar aircraft, it looks rather like an old taxi on the inside.

For some interesting comparison, here's what will fit within the fish-eye image of a B2 bomber's cockpit. Don't be fooled by the superficial simplicity of it; those displays are multi-function and can do a staggering number of different things:

But that last image doesn't tell the whole story. Concorde also required a Flight Engineer. Let's back the view up a bit to see what he had to deal with:
