This is ONE of my mates MKM's. He has two.
The other is in much the same condition...
Sad, isn't it.....
There's a R90S behind this one as well.
He has around 16 BMW's and 5 or 6 of them are out in the weather. One is a R100RS with Krauser 4V heads on it, where the heads are the only thing worth keeping for a restoration.
He is 68, can't ride due to bad knees, has no one to leave it to and won't sell anything.....lol

I am up for adoption if he needs a son to leave these all to.

A superbarn find that lot. What a potential treasure chest for blokes like us! However, there's probably a few money pits too.
I reckon I'd take a chance, given the opportunity.
They say everyone has a price, and it's not necessarily money. What's his price I wonder Stephen?

Not sure he'd have a price...he is a pretty stubborn old bugger....lol
Even if he DID have a price, it would be ludicrous for the condition they are in.
I want one, but I couldnt ride it.( too cramped riding position ) I'd just have to look at it.

Funny breed that lot. Perhaps their drive is having something they know others want.
It isn't for money, clearly.
They are accross the board, cars, boats, planes, tractors, motorcycles.......
They all have one thing in common..........caring not for what they have, letting it slowly rot back into the earth.
And their places almost always look like tips.

Don't know if you've ever watched American Pickers Stephen, but there was one guy, well many guys, but one in particular that got all hot and sweaty when he was offered money for something amongst acres of junk. He just couldn't sell. Strange.

Yeah, I've seen American Pickers. I'm glad I don't see anything on there that I like....It would be so frustrating if I did....lol
