I visited the musem in 1982. There seems to be a lot more stuff in it now, including some of the cars that they where building in 1982.

Yep, I was there in 1973 right after the original "salad bowl" museum was built. Not as many displays as there are now, but still very nice. There was even a brand new R90S in the lobby that had been cut away to show the internals. More pictures from the auction:
