It's an incredible shape I reckon.
This is a fairing I got from Germany about two years ago. I hadn't wanted to put it on as I'd not finished blasting around the outback.
But now it's time to put it on, and I still haven't finished with the outback.
The front gaurd may be off the same German bike, a replacement for my roo busted original. The tank I have may also be from the same bike. As well as the seat. And the side covers.
All original paint in excellent condition except for packaging shortfalls. Oh well.
I paid about $85 for the fairing, and $117 postage. Nuts, huh?

I have been checking in everyday, but have not had much to contribute since my Beemer has gone.
I have, however, acquired a 48 year old pile of junk (Honda ) that I have not touched yet.
I might introduce it to this bunch when I delve into the ungodly mess.
After all - bikes is bikes.

Getting there.
Got my headers at work for the removal of the rear balance pipe spigots. One of the stainless pipe welders at work wants to do it for me, and polish them. Sounds like a plan.

Edit, those fork sliders look grubby.

Are they chrome tube Steve? Either he or I can do it for you. Brazing for chrome tube, tig or mig for stainless.
