This is for the discussion of Motorcycling. The art, the science, the theory of all things related to our favorite sport... riding motorcycles.

Try to pay attention, Steve. Tintaldra.

O, do you mean whereabouts in Tintaldra? I dunno. I think Jeff is checking on that - pub yard or camping ground - looking for BMWs next to the river would probably work.

Mal, don't you go worrying now. It'll all come flooding back - it's as easy as falling off a bike.
Looks like you are planning to do the Elliott Way. Ball-tearer of a road.

Local forecast for the weekend is 'Mostly Sunny. Light winds.' for all three days.
Full moon on Friday night - couldn't ask for better.

Whoo hoo I just google mapped that what a twisty run!

Might be trouble, .... its been a lo-ooong time living in flatland...
I recall something ...
something about ... leaning the bike over ..

:o
From memory, there's an exceptionally steep downhill left hander or two after Cabramurra. No problem for the Ate's I'd expect.
Yep Charlie, just lookin' for the rendezvous spot. I'm expectin' Tintaldra to be rockin' Satadee noight.
;)
Cheers, Steve

If you see either of these (bike or pub) you will be pretty close...

So my '87 Monolever is just a puppy then? :P
I've spent most of my money on women, motorcycles, and beer.
The rest of it I just wasted.

Just spoke to Alf and Maija, owners of the Tintaldra hotel.

Camping by the river is OK. (the prick who owns the caravan park down the road tried to have camping at the river banned, wonder why............. Prick.)

Alf will cut some firewood for us.
There are toilets and showers at the pub which are offered for our use (if we do the good ol Aussie thing and make sure Alf and Maija have some sort of income to ensure their survival at said pub ;) )

Also, pub meals can be provided. Good meals. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I told Alf I'd do an ask around regarding who may want a pub meal and when. Just to give Maija (Alf's wife) a heads up.

I for one think Saturday night dinner and Sunday breakfast at the pub sounds good.

Reckon I might make a go of getting there Friday night too!

Here's the camp

Pub in the back ground. An easy distance back to camp on hands and knees.
It's a little more difficult rolling along the ground, but it can be done.

+1 for Saturday night dinner and Sunday breakfast at the pub
I will also pledge to make my contribution at the bar, gladly !

Steady rain here. My Deka battery works a treat and so much room to spare I need spacers!
