A menu list (e.g. print, save, etc.), but nothing on there that says view image.

I can't say anything about Windows 7 - I run XP.
I do know that "Friends Don't Let Friends Run I.E." - ditch that crap and install Mozilla Firefox.
I opened this thread on I.E. and did NOT see an option for "View Image". There was one for "Show Picture", but it was not highlighted and therefore was not a viable option.
