That was 6 days ago! Where have you been? Working?

It was a "rare" sport tank. And a very average one, IMO. Although no dents that I remember. I guess they wanted a $h!t-load of money for it, and that offended George.

I am a bit offended by the silly claims of rarity. I really like that tank and have owned dozens of them over the years.

If he wanted a million dollars and somebody paid it happily, then I see no reason to be offended. A happy buyer and seller makes a good deal.

I once listed a NOS Luftmeister fairing bracket on eBay for $.01. Yes, one cent. I hated them for so boldly stealing the Vetter design. I hated to throw out something that somebody might be able to use. To my amazement the final price was $78. The seller was happy and Craig got a kick out of the story.
