Yep, that's the one! That Google Street View is cool. A couple of my R/C glider flying buddies were "captured" unloading their planes at the cliffs by Whittingtons Beach Park, in Kau. (sorry, don't know how to click and drag a link to this page yet)

I show up early, stay late, get all the work done and they give me a raise every year along with a positive review.
I used to think you were an alright guy, Garnet. I'm beginning to have my doubts.

Thanks for the great pics!
My new bride and I honeymooned on the Big Island 24 years ago. If I remember right, that road wasn't paved then, and the rent car came with the admonishment not to drive that road. I knew I missed something great!

Yep, 24 years ago it was paved... and patched, crumbling, etc. So much so, that if you drove over 35mph your fillings would fall out... MUCH better now!
