Lots of variables including idle speed, oil grade and temperature, but higher is more likely. Airheads have a high volume oil pump and should easily exceed the often quoted 10 psi per 1000 rpm guideline. Perhaps 20psi minimum on an engine up to normal temperature. When cold it will be off the scale. The low oil light pressure switch is set at 3 - 7psi so that's pretty hopeless as a guide and arguably should be set higher.

The oil system has a relief valve which discharges onto the timing chain and that's set at 72.5 psi, so that's a minimum pressure to look for when up and running otherwise the timing chain is not being adequately lubed. Expect to see higher than 72.5 psi anyway because a relief valve doesn't limit the system pressure to it's setting. With cold oil a 100 psi gauge should be against the stop.
